@O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

@O2 this is getting ridiculous every time I go into central Bristol I basically have no signal and I think why do I bother paying my bill if everyday I go into central Bristol I can’t even use my phone yet When u pay for a service u expect it not a half service 😞😞😞😞

@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

@O2 hi, I’ve been waiting for a SIM card to be delivered for over a week, tried speaking to your support people who wanted the code they’d sent to the phone which I couldn’t give them as I don’t have the phone! So frustrating

@O2 second Monday in a row I’ve attempted to contact o2 and it is seriously like pulling teeth! Customer service in o2 over the years has massively declined! I’ve been with you over 10 years and next year when contracts are up I will be leaving. I deserve better

@O2 Streaming is slow, signal drops in areas that your website shows as having good network coverage, mostly on 3G when should be getting 4G.
