@Mala_Moot Oh man junky Comcast. It can't be any better than Frontier that I have and a lot of the others out there! There services are pretty great but their customer service departments all need a BIG TIME overhaul. It's really pathetic and a pure waste of time even bothering with them.🙄

Can’t fix my WiFi or landline, almost 2 weeks, current tech is 3 hrs late right now. They r so compartmentalized, the hands can’t talk with the head. @Xfinity I’ve been on the phone since Sunday Jan 19 trying to handle an $800 internet bill $800. Is this the reason you promote for customers to go paperless so you can over charge us and later CAP our internet plan. This is unacceptable! I never signed up for LIMITED INTERNET.

@inclinejj I had Comcast years ago, folks kept disconnecting my line and hooking up their line, I got tired of that and Vowed I'll never get them again. So I've been with DirecTV for 16 years. Customer service is great just too damn expensive

Ahhh, xfinity, you're such a piece of **** company. Our unlimited data just got topped off at 1.2 tb a month and since I live with people we burn through it like it's nothing. We've already used 90% of our new cap 😭😭😭 Streams may be a lot less frequent now

@BlackFlagMatter I see people saying Hemric like he isn’t 30 years old and has no career wins in any of Nascar’s series. Like seriously none in Cup, Xfinity, Trucks, ARCA, or either K&N East or West series. In this format you most likely need a win and he’s never shown that ability.

How is it that I have unsubscribed to all communications from @Xfinity, yet still get promotional & marketing emails weekly?I don’t care about free movies or saving $$ on new phones. Either fix the system or just say you don’t care about my preferences. Happy to report as junk.
